Cancellation Policy for Atlanta Private Car Service™

Atlanta Private Car Service is understanding and a full refund will be issued if you notify us of a cancellation no later than 48 hours from the pickup date / time.

Missed Rides

In the event you are unresponsive or fail to show up for a schedule ride, within the 15 minute grace window, then your ride will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount.
